Donor Report

Any person or organization that donates one thousand dollars or more during one
calender year to any other person or organization for the purpose of making an
independent expenditure shall report the donation on an Independent Expenditure Donor Report.
An independent expenditure is any expenditure or spending that supports or opposes
candidates for office, and is not controlled by or coordinated with a candidate or anyone
working for the candidate.
If you are a Candidate or a Committee and have an account login, and need to report a
donation made to any other person or organization for the purpose of making an independent
expenditure, please log into your account and report the donation as an expenditure on your
current report.
