Reporting by incumbents and elected candidates – Gifts, Honoraria and Other Benefits
Every incumbent in or candidate elected to public office who receives items from any
other person including but not limited to money or gifts of any item of real or personal
property greater than $75 dollars in connection with the incumbent’s or elected candidate’s
public service must file a report of such items with the Secretary of State’s Office.
For a complete description of items required to be reported, please refer to Section 24-6-203(3), C.R.S.
If you are a public office holder or an elected candidate and have a TRACER account login, please log into your account to file the Gifts and
Honoraria Report. Gifts and Honoraria reports are due on or before January 15, April 15, July 15, and
October 15 of each year and cover any items received during the quarter ending on the last day of the
month preceding the month the report is due.
NOTE: If your candidate account is terminated, you may still use this page to file your Gifts and Honoraria report.
