You can access the Batch Scanning page to view documents that need to be scanned into the system for your jurisdiction. The documents displayed are those for which information has been entered but a document image hasn't yet been scanned. The system assumes you have already printed and attached barcode labels to the first page of each document listed. If you haven't, perform the steps for Scanning a Document to print a barcode label and then attach it to the first page of the document.
There are three sections on this page:
The Available Documents section displays the documents for which you entered information on the Scan Documents page but you haven't yet scanned the barcodes.
The Scanned Documents section displays the documents whose barcodes you've scanned but you haven't yet reviewed and accepted or discarded the documents.
The Orphaned Images section displays unprocessed orphaned documents, which are documents for which the system couldn't read the barcode or find the properties information you entered).
