Add or modify a code...

1. Perform one of the following:

2. Type the value you want to be displayed in a drop-down list box on corresponding pages in the contributor/payee name field.

3. Select the registered committee type from the registered committee type drop-down.

4. Type the import code in the import code field.

5. Type the numerical position in which you want the value to appear in a drop-down list box in the display order field. For example, if you want the value to appear as the third item in the drop-down list box, type 3 in the display order field.

6. If the code is inactive, select the inactive check box. If the code is active, clear the inactive check box.

7. Click the save button to save the information. To exit edit mode without saving your changes, click the cancel button.

Delete an existing code...

Click the delete link for the code you want to remove.

Return to the Administrator Home page...

Click the return button.
