Maintaining an Election Code

Note: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk * to the right of the label and must be completed.

Add or modify a code...

1. Perform one of the following:

2. Select the election from the election drop-down list box.

3. Select the election cycle from the election cycle drop-down list box.

4. Type the value you want to be displayed in a drop-down list box on corresponding pages in the code description field.

5. Type the primary date in the primary date field.

6. Type the election date in the election date field.

7. If the code is inactive, select the inactive check box. If the code is active, clear the inactive check box.

8. Click the update link to save the information. To exit edit mode without saving your changes, click the cancel link.

Delete an existing code...

Click the delete link for the code you want to remove.

Return to the Administrator Home page...

Click the return button.
