1. Perform one of the following:

2. Select the parent election for the election cycle from the election drop-down list box.

3. Type the value you want to be displayed in a drop-down list box on corresponding pages in the description field.

4. Type the election cycle begin date in the period begin field.

5. Type the election cycle end date in the period end field.

6. Type the date when pre-primary election reporting of major contributions and electioneering expenditures begins in the primary major contribution date field.

7. Type the date when pre-general election reporting of major contributions and electioneering expenditures begins in the general major contribution date field.

8. If the code is inactive, select the inactive check box. If the code is active, clear the inactive check box.

9. Click the save button to save the information. To exit edit mode without saving your changes, click the cancel button.

Delete an existing code...

Click the delete link for the code you want to remove.

Return to the Administrator Home page...

Click the return button.
