Maintaining an Office Code

Add or modify a code...

1. Perform one of the following:

2. Type the value you want to be displayed in a drop-down list box on corresponding pages in the office name field.

3. Type the spending limit dollar amount in the spending limit field.

4. If the office is jurisdiction-wide, select the jurisdiction-wide check box. If the office is not jurisdiction-wide, clear the jurisdiction-wide check box.

5. If the office is non-partisan, select the non-partisan check box. If the office is not non-partisan, clear the non-partisan check box.

6. Type the numerical position in which you want the value to appear in a drop-down list box in the display order field. For example, if you want the value to appear as the third item in the drop-down list box, type 3 in the display order field.

7. If the code is inactive, select the inactive check box. If the code is active, clear the inactive check box.

8. Click the save button to save the information. To exit edit mode without saving your changes, click the cancel button.

Delete an existing code...

Click the delete link for the code you want to remove.

Return to the Administrator Home page...

Click the return button.
