Note: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk * to the right of the label and must be completed.

Add or modify a code...

1. Perform one of the following:

2. Select a Committee type from the committee type drop-down list box.

3. Select an office from the office drop-down list box.

4. Select a district from the district drop-down list box

5. If the code is inactive, select the inactive check box. If the code is active, clear the inactive check box.

6. Click the save button to save the information. To exit edit mode without saving your changes, click the cancel button.

Delete an existing code...

Click the delete link for the code you want to remove.

Return to the Administrator Home page...

Click the return button.
