Maintaining a Public Site Link

Note: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk * to the right of the label and must be completed.

Add or modify a link...

1. Perform one of the following:

2. Select the link category to add or modify from the link category drop-down list box.

3. Type the text you want to be displayed as a link on in the link text field.

4. Type the url you want the text to link to in the url field.

5. Type the text you want to be displayed when the User mouses over the link to in the tool tip text field.

6. If you want the link to use a Public site prefix, select the use public site prefix check box. If you don't want the link to have a Public site prefix, clear the public site prefix check box.

7. If you want the link to use a Secure site prefix, select the use secure site prefix check box. If you don't want the link to have a Secure site prefix, clear the secure site prefix check box.

8. Type the numerical position in which you want the value to appear in a drop-down list box in the display order field. For example, if you want the value to appear as the third item in the drop-down list box, type 3 in the display order field.

9. If the code is inactive, select the inactive check box. If the code is active, clear the inactive check box.

10. Click the save button to save the information. To exit edit mode without saving your changes, click the cancel button.

Delete an existing link...

Click the delete link for the link you want to remove.

The link is removed from the system.

Return to the Administrator Home page...

Click the return button.
