Correspondence Identification

Description

This letter is used to notify the Committee if updates they make need additional clarification. The most common use of this letter is when the Committee updates its purpose and does not provide adequate information.

 

Generated

When a jurisdiction user views or edits a committee registration record, the system will provide an option to generate a registration audit letter.  If the user selects this option, they will be asked to provide a ‘reason for required update’.  When the user saves this, the correspondence will be generated.

Output

Sent by regular mail and email, and an image of the correspondence is saved.
