You can access the Manage Messages page to search for and view sent messages, and access a page to compose and send messages.
To access the Manage Messages page:
Click the administration tab.
If the Administration tab isn't visible in the menu bar, click the my admin homepage link near the top of the current page.
The Organization Administration page is displayed.
In the Message Management section, click the message management link.
The Manage Messages page is displayed.
To compose and send a message:

Note: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk * to the right of the label and must be completed. |
Click the compose message link.
The Compose/Edit Message page is displayed.
Perform the steps for Composing/Editing a Message.
To search for and view a sent message:

Enter search criteria into the appropriate fields.
To narrow your search, enter information into as many fields as possible.
Click the search messages button.
If one or more records match the search criteria, perform the following:

The message is displayed on the Compose/Edit Message page.

Delete a message... |
A confirmation dialog box is displayed.
The message is removed from the data grid and the dialog box is closed. |

Copy a message... |
The message is displayed on the Compose/Edit Message page.
