Viewing OAC Import History

Office of Administrative Courts (OAC) and Administrator users can access the OAC Import File History page to view a list of imported files and view the results of a file import. Imported files are submitted by an OAC or Administrator user and contain complaint disposition information.

Tasks

For Administrator Users

If the Administrator Home page isn't already displayed, click the my admin homepage link near the top of the current page.

The Administrator Home page is displayed.

In the Complaints section, click the view Import history button.

The OAC Import File History page is displayed.

For OAC Users

When you log in, the OAC Import File History page is displayed by default.

Note: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk * to the right of the label and must be completed.

Perform the following:

To...	Then...
View the results of importing a file...	Click the view link for the import results you want to view. The Tracer OAC Import File Results report is displayed. When finished viewing the report, click the x in the upper right corner.
Import a new file...	Click the import new file button. The OAC Import File page is displayed. Perform the steps for Importing an OAC Worksheet.
Return to the Administrator Home page, if you are an Administrator user...	Click the return button.
