You can access the Campaign Administration page to add or modify a campaign.
To access the Campaign Administration page:
Click the administration tab.
If the Administration tab isn't visible in the menu bar, perform the steps for Viewing a Candidate or Committee.
The Candidate/Committee Administration page is displayed.
In the Campaign section, perform one of the following:

Click the add button. |

Modify a campaign... |
Click the link in the Description column of the data grid for the campaign you want to modify. |
The Campaign Administration page is displayed.

Note: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk * to the right of the label and must be completed. |
Type a description of the campaign in the description field.
If the campaign is no longer active, select the inactive check box.
If the campaign is still active, clear the inactive check box.
Select the Candidate's party from the party drop-down list box.
Select the election in which the Candidate is running for office from the election cycle drop-down list box.
Select the office the Candidate is seeking from the office drop-down list box.
Select the Candidate's district from the district drop-down list box.
If the Candidate filed an Accepted Voluntary Spending Limits form, select the accepted vsl? check box.
If the candidate did not file an Accepted Voluntary Spending Limits form, clear the accepted vsl? check box.
If the Candidate is running or ran in a primary election, select the candidate in primary election check box.
If the candidate is not running or did not run in a primary election, clear the candidate in primary election check box.
Perform one of the following:
Click the return button to return to the previous page.

Click the merge button.
The campaigns available to merge with the specified campaign are displayed in the Campaigns to Merge data grid.
Select the select check box for each campaign you want to merge with the specified campaign.
If you don't want to merge a campaign with the specified campaign, clear the select check box.
A message is displayed indicated the selected campaigns were successfully merged.
Click the return button to return to the previous page.
