Viewing Details by Committee Type

 

1. Perform the steps for Viewing Public Site Statistics.

 

The Public Site Statistics page is displayed.

 

2. In the Public Statistics Reports section, click the detail views by committee type link.

 

The Public Site Statistics - View By Committee Type page is displayed.

 

1. Select the Committee Type for which to display information from the committee type drop-down.

 

2. Type the start date for which to display information in the start date field.

 

3. Type the end date for which to display information in the end date field.

 

4. Click the search button.

 

If...	Then...
One or more records match the specified criteria...	The results are displayed in a popup window.   When finished viewing the information, click the x in the upper right corner of the window to close it.
If no records match the specified criteria...	The system displays an error message.   Change your criteria and try again.
When finished viewing details by Committee type...	Click the return to summary button.   The Public Site Statistics page is displayed.
