Viewing Search Results

You can access the Candidate/Committee Organization Search Results page to search for a Candidate or Committee and access a page to view Candidate or Committee information.

Tasks

If the Administrator Home page isn't already displayed, click the my admin homepage link near the top of the current page.

The Administrator Home page is displayed.

In the Candidate/Committee Administration section:

1. Perform the following:

To...	Then...
Search by the Candidate's last name...	Type at least one character of the Candidate's last name in the committee/last name field.
Search by the Candidate's first name...	Type at least one character of the Candidate's first name in the first name field.
Search by the Candidate's or Committee's identification number...	Type at least one character of the Candidate's or Committee's identification number in the id field.
Search by the Committee's name...	Type at least one character of the Committee's name in the committee/last name field.

1. Click the search button.

If...

Then...

One or more records match the search criteria...

The search results are displayed on the Candidate/Committee Search Results page.

If no records match the specified search criteria...

The system displays an error message.

Click the clear button to clear the search criteria and perform another search.

Note: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk * to the right of the label and must be completed.

In the Candidate/Committee Search Results data grid, perform the following:

View a Candidate's or Committee's information...

Click the link in the Organization Name column of the data grid for the Candidate or Committee you want to modify.

The Candidate/Committee Overview page is displayed.

Perform the steps for Viewing a Candidate or Committee.

Return to the previous page...

Click the return button.
