Add a contribution/donation...

In the Contribution/Donation History - 10 most recent Contributions/Donation section, click the add button.

The Contribution/Donation Entry page is displayed.

Modify a contribution/donation...

In the Contribution/Donation History - 10 most recent Contributions/Donations section, click the update link in the data grid for the contribution/donation you want to modify.

Notes:

• The fields displayed on the Contribution/Donation Entry page are based on the contribution/donation type you selected.

• Required fields are indicated by an asterisk * to the right of the label and must be completed.

Associate a Contributor/Donor that already exists in the system...

1. Enter search criteria into one or more fields to search for an existing Contributor/Donor. To narrow your search, enter information into as many fields as possible.
   
   The system includes in the search results all names that start with the characters you specify. For example, if you type smith in the last name field, the search results will include both Smith and Smithers.
   
   In addition, you can use the "%" character anywhere in your search criteria to expand your search results. For example, if you type "%smith" in the last name field, the search results will include all last names that contain Smith, such as Smithson or Vansmith.  If you type "s%mith" in the last name field, the search results will include all last names that start with "s" and include "mith", such as Sutmith.

2. Click the search button. To clear the search results to perform another search, click the clear contributor button.

Add a new Contributor/Donor...

Complete the fields in the Contributor/Donor Information section. To populate the Contributor/Donor information for the next contribution/donation entry, select the lock contributor/donor info check box. Otherwise, clear the lock contributor/donor info check box.

1. Complete the demographic fields in the LLC Member Information section and click the save member button.

The LLC Members Associated to This Contribution data grid is populated with the Contributor information you just entered.

Add a new Contributor/Donor...

Complete the fields in the Contributor/Donor Information section. To populate the Contributor/Donor information for the next contribution/donation entry, select the lock contributor/donor info check box. Otherwise, clear the lock contributor/donor info check box.

Modify an individual Contributor's contribution and/or aggregate amounts...

1. Click the edit link for the Contributor you want to modify.

2. Change the individual contribution and/or aggregate amounts as necessary.

3. Click the save member button.

Your changes are saved.

Remove an individual Contributor and corresponding contribution...

Click the remove link for the Contributor and contribution you want to remove.

The selected Contributor and contribution is removed from the LLC's contribution.
