Searching for a Candidate Affidavit

You can access the Candidate Affidavit Search page to search for an existing Candidate to which to add an affidavit.

Note: Candidates who have already submitted an affidavit for the current election cycle and want to amend the information need to log in to their TRACER account and use the Update Affidavit or Update Email options located on the Administration tab.

Tasks

If the Administrator Home page isn't already displayed, click the my admin homepage link near the top of the current page.

The Administrator Home page is displayed.

Under Quick Links in the Candidate/Committee Administration section, click the add link to the left of Candidate Affidavit.

The Candidate Affidavit Search page is displayed.

Note: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk * to the right of the label and must be completed.

Enter search criteria into the appropriate fields.

Click the search button.

One or more records match the search criteria...

The search results are displayed in the Search Results data grid.

If no records match the specified search criteria...

The system displays an error message.

If desired, modify your search criteria and perform another search.

Add an affidavit for a new Candidate...

Click the add new candidate button.

The Notice of Candidate/Committee page is displayed.

Add an affidavit for an existing Candidate...

Click the link in the Candidate column of the data grid for the Candidate for whom you want to add an affidavit.

The Notice of Candidate/Committee page is displayed.
