You can access the My Message Center page to view messages that were sent to you by a System Administrator and delete them if desired.
To access the My Message Center page:
Near the top right corner of any page, click the my message center link.
The My Message Center page is displayed.
To view/delete a message:
Note: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk * to the right of the label and must be completed.
Perform the following:
To...
Then...
View a message...
Click the subject link for the message you want to view.
The full text of the message is displayed.
When finished viewing the message, perform one of the following:
Delete the message...
Click the delete message button.
The message is removed.
Close the message...
Click the close message button.
The message is closed and the message list is displayed.
Delete one or more messages...
Select the check box for each message you want to delete.
Click the delete selected button.
The specified messages are removed.
Mark one or more messages as having been read...
Select the check box for each message you want to mark as being read. Messages that are bolded indicate they have not been read.
Click the mark selected as read button.
The bolding is removed from the specified messages to indicate they have been read.
Return to your user workspace...
Click the back to workspace button.
The My Message Center page is closed and the last page you were viewing before accessing your messages is displayed.
