You can access the Expenditure Search page to search for and view an expenditure and the Payee's information.
To access the Expenditure Search page:

Click the expenditures link under the Search heading in the left navigation menu.
The Expenditure Search page is displayed. |

The Search the Campaign Finance Database page is displayed.

Enter search criteria into one or more fields. To access additional search criteria, click the advanced search link.
To export the search results directly to a file rather than display them on the screen, select the export results only (20,000 max.) check box.
Click the search button.

The File Download dialog box is displayed.
The Save As dialog box is displayed.
The search results are exported to a CSV file and saved to the location you specified. The export is limited to 20,000 records. The Download Complete dialog box is displayed.

The search results are displayed in the Search Results data grid. If the search results exceed the page's display limit, you can click a page number at the bottom of the grid to view additional results.

The system displays an error message.
Click the reset button to clear the search criteria and perform another search. |
