Filing or Amending a Report of Contributions and Expenditures

Note: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk * to the right of the label and must be completed.

View contributions that will be included in the report...

1. Click the view itemized contributions link.

The contributions that will be included in the report are displayed in the Contributions window.

2. When finished viewing the information, click the x in the upper right corner of the window to close it.

View expenditures that will be included in the report...

1. Click the view itemized expenditures link.

The expenditures that will be included in the report are displayed in the Expenditures window.

2. When finished viewing the information, click the x in the upper right corner of the window to close it.

View loans and loan payments that will be included in the report...

1. Click the view loans link.

The loans and loan payments that will be included in the report are displayed in the Loans window.

2. When finished viewing the information, click the x in the upper right corner of the window to close it.

View returned contributions and expenditures that will be included in the report...

1. Click the view returns link.

The returned contributions and expenditures that will be included in the report are displayed in the Returns window.

2. When finished viewing the information, click the x in the upper right corner of the window to close it.

Include an unfiled contribution from a previous reporting period in the report...

In the Unfiled Contributions Prior to this Reporting Period section, click the include link in the data grid for the contribution you want to include in the report. To include all contributions listed in the data grid, click the include all button.

Include an unfiled expenditure from a previous reporting period in the report...

In the Unfiled Expenditures Prior to this Reporting Period section, click the include link in the data grid for the expenditure you want to include in the report. To include all expenditure listed in the data grid, click the include all button.

Include an unfiled loan from a previous reporting period in the report...

In the Unfiled Loans Prior to this Reporting Period section, click the include link in the data grid for the loan you want to include in the report. To include all loans listed in the data grid, click the include all button.

Include an unfiled loan payment from a previous reporting period in the report...

In the Unfiled Loan Payments Prior to this Reporting Period section, click the include link in the data grid for the loan payment you want to include in the report. To include all loan payments listed in the data grid, click the include all button.

Then...

File the report...

1. Click the file button.

A confirmation dialog box is displayed.

2. Click the ok button. To close the dialog box without filing the report, click the cancel button.

The report is submitted to the CDOS.

3. Perform the following:

Return to the previous page without filing the report.

Click the cancel button.

The report is not filed and the previous page is displayed.
