Filing a Notice of Independent Expenditure

 

1. If the Candidate Committee Overview page isn't already displayed, click the overview tab.

 

The Candidate/Committee Overview page is displayed.

 

2. In the Reports Due section, click the view/file link in the data grid for the Notice of Independent Expenditure report you want to view and file.

 

The Independent Expenditure page is displayed.

 

1. Perform the steps for Viewing a Candidate or Committee.

 

The Committee Overview page is displayed.

 

2. In the Reports Due section, click the view/file link in the data grid for the Notice of Independent Expenditure report you want to view and file.

 

The Independent Expenditure page is displayed.

 

1. Click the file button. To close the page without filing the report, click the cancel button.

 

A message is displayed indicating the report was successfully filed.

 

2. Click the finished button.
