Viewing a Candidate or Committee

You can access the Candidate/Committee Overview page to view the account status, transaction history, reports due, and penalties and waivers for a Candidate or Committee. You can also view detail for reports due, file a report that is due, add or modify a penalty or waiver, and request a waiver.

Note: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk * to the right of the label and must be completed.

In the Reports Due section, perform the following:

File a report...

Click the view/file link for the report you want to file.

If...	Then...
You chose to file a Report of Contributions and Expenditures...	The File Report of Contributions and Expenditures page is displayed. Perform the steps for Filing or Amending a Report of Contributions and Expenditures.
You chose to file a Statement of Personal Expenditures report...	The Statement of Personal Expenditures page is displayed. Perform the steps for Filing a Candidate Statement of Personal Expenditures.
You chose to file a Notice of Independent Expenditure report...	The Notice of Independent Expenditure page is displayed. Perform the steps for Filing a Notice of Independent Expenditure.
You chose to file a Major Contributor report...	The Major Contributor page is displayed. Perform the steps for Filing a Major Contributor Report.

Note: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after the following reports have been successfully filed:

48 Hour Notice of Independent Expenditure
Candidate Personal Expenditures
Candidate Statement of Non-Receipt of Contributions
Donor Report
Independent Expenditure (old form)
Major Contributor
Report of Contributions and Expenditures

File a report that doesn't have contributions or expenditures...

Click the nothing to report link for the report you want to file.

A confirmation dialog box is displayed.

Click the ok button to file the report.

In the Penalties and Waivers section, perform the following:

Add information to a waiver request...

Click the edit link in the data grid for the waiver you want to modify.

The Waiver Request page is displayed.

Perform the steps for Requesting a Waiver.

View a filed waiver request...

Click the view link in the data grid for the waiver you want to view.

The View Waiver page is displayed.

When finished viewing the information, click the return button to close the Waiver Details page.

In the Document Images section, perform the following:

Then...

View a document image...

Click the link in the Date column of the data grid for the document image you want to view.

The document image is displayed in a separate window.

When finished viewing the image, click the x in the upper right corner of the window to close it.

Limit the document images displayed in the data grid to a specific type...

Select the type of document to display from the filter by drop-down list box.

Click the apply filter button.

Document images of the specified type are displayed in the data grid.
