You can access the Expenditure Return page to return an expenditure.
To access the Expenditure Return page:
Perform the steps for Searching for an Expenditure.
The Expenditure Find page is displayed.
Click the return link for the expenditure you want to return.
The Expenditure Return page is displayed.
To return an expenditure:
Note: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk * to the right of the label and must be completed.
Type the dollar amount returned in the amount returned field.
Type the date the expenditure was returned in the return date field.
Type a reference number for your use in the reference/check number field (e.g., account number, check number).
Type an explanation for the return in the explanation field.
Click the update button to save the information. To close the page without saving the information, click the cancel button.
