You can access the Expenditure Find page to search for an expenditure if it's not displayed in the list of the 10 most recently viewed expenditures.
To access the Expenditure Find page:
Click the expenditures tab.
If the Expenditures tab isn't visible in the menu bar, perform the steps for Viewing a Candidate or Committee.
The Expenditure Administration page is displayed.
In the Expenditure History - 10 most recent Expenditures section, click the find button.
The Expenditure Find page is displayed.

Enter search criteria into one or more fields.
To narrow your search, enter information into as many fields as possible.
The system includes in the search results all names that start with the characters you specify. For example, if you type smith in the last name field, the search results will include both Smith and Smithers.
In addition, you can use the "%" character anywhere in your search criteria to expand your search results. For example, if you type "%smith" in the last name field, the search results will include all last names that contain Smith, such as Smithson or Vansmith. If you type "s%mith" in the last name field, the search results will include all last names that start with "s" and include "mith", such as Sutmith.
Click the find expenditure button.
To clear the search criteria to perform another search, click the clear button. To close the page, click the cancel button.

A confirmation dialog box is displayed.
The specified expenditure is removed. If you already filed this expenditure on a report, you will create an offset record and have the option of filing an amended report. |
