Note: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk * to the right of the label and must be completed.

Search for an Electioneering Communication filing...

Select the electioneering communication report radio button.

Search for an Independent Expenditure Donor filing...

Select the independent expenditure donor report radio button.

Then...

Search for an individual...

1. Select the individual radio button.

2. Type the first name of the person who filed the report in the first name field.

3. Type the middle initial of the person who filed the report in the mi field.

4. Type the last name of the person who filed the report in the last name field.

5. If applicable, type the name suffix of the person who filed the report in the suffix field.

Search for an organization...

1. Select the organization radio button.

2. Type the name of the organization that filed the report in the filer name field.

If...

Then...

One or more records match the specified search criteria...

The search results are displayed in the Search Results data grid. If the search results exceed the page's display limit, you can click a page number at the bottom of the grid to view additional results.

To change the number of records that display per page, select a value from the page size drop-down.

No records match the specified search criteria...

The system displays an error message.

Click the clear button to clear the search criteria and perform another search.

To...

Then...

View a filing...

1. Click the view link in the data grid for the filing you want to view.

The filing is displayed in a separate window.

2. When finished viewing the filling, click the x in the upper right corner of the window to close it.

Amend a filing...

Click the amend link in the data grid for the filing you want to amend.
