For the Public:

o October 14, 2020 (Wednesday) at 3 p.m. (MST): This Lawn Chair Chat session is an online open door/mic session about Colorado’s Campaign Finance laws, rules, and online disclosure system TRACER. The CPF Support Team hopes to see you there!

o September 4, 2020 - Notice of weekly offline maintenance periods - every Wednesday from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM MST

o The Electioneering Communication period, as it relates to the 2020 Election Year, begins on Sunday, May 31, 2020 (30 days before the June 30, 2020 Primary Election) and continues until the day before the General Election on November 3, 2020.

o Notice: Due date shift for October 5th, 2020 Report of Contributions and Expenditures (Statewide Frequent filers)

o The 30 day reporting period for 48 Hour Independent Expenditure reports (for independent expenditure committees) as it relates to the November 3, 2020 General Election begins on Sunday, October 4, 2020.

o The 30 day reporting period for 24 Hour Major Contributor reports (for issue committees, political parties and candidate committee’s whose office appears on this year’s ballot) for the November 3, 2020 General Election begins on Sunday, October 4, 2020.
