The 30-day reporting period for 48-Hour Independent Expenditure Reports as it relates to the November 5, 2024, General Election begins on Sunday, October 6, 2024. This applies only to independent expenditure committees.

The Electioneering Communication period, as it relates to the 2024 Election Year, begins on Sunday, May 26, 2024 (30 days before the June 25, 2024, Primary Election) and continues until the day before the General Election on November 5, 2024.
